Some of the "good old days" are still here. Over twenty-five years ago, after three weeks of inaction by the company that originally installed our old air conditioning system, I looked in the phone book, and located Hoover Heating & Air Conditioning. Forty-five minutes later, the husband/wife owners pulled into our driveway, jumping from their truck with tools and gauges in hand and looks of urgency that you would expect only of a Swat Team. Within the next hour, our home was cool, and has been ever since.
I never imagined that a recent service call to the company would result in the owners showing up again. After years of excellent service from the staff of this now well established company, the owners still remember their first customers, and are still willing to get their hands dirty.
