If enough people take advantage of the Tax Incentive, it might just help push us out of the recession.
Every time a home is purchased, many other purchases are triggered. Paint, appliances, carpeting, and the list goes on depending on the purchasers' needs and funds.
The more paint, appliances, carpeting, etc is purchased, the more has to be made. The more that has to be made, the more people need to be employed for production. The more people who are able to get back to work, the more they will spend on other things that they need, which in turn needs more people employed to produce those things.
