As I was viewing a video presentation delivered by one of my mentors during his visit to Cleveland last Fall, I spotted a dynamic young lady in the audience who is part of the Twinsburg Heights LEAP Program. The LEAP Program has been molding young people into informed, inspiring, passionate citizens and leaders.
The significance of this is that I am currently working on ways to get LEAP staff, students, and others to the Destined for Greatness Conference in Columbus, Ohio. My spotting this young lady was no accident or circumstance; but was destined to occur.
